***Responsibility • Identify and develop new business opportunities in schools, offices, retail outlets, and corporate sectors by conducting marketing survey or other tools. • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by providing excellent service and support. • Promote the full range of stationery and office supply products. • Conduct regular visits to clients and prospects to present products, provide samples, and negotiate deals. • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Prepare and deliver professional quotations, proposals, and product presentations. • Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly. • Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales service. • Maintain up-to-date records in the system, including client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups. • Assist in marketing activities such as promotions, product launches, and exhibitions. ***Requirement • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the stationery, office supplies, or retail sector. • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset. • Strong knowledge of stationery products and market demand. • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English. • Self-driven, well-organized, and able to manage time and priorities effectively. • Proficient in MS Office. • Understanding technology and technology platform is preference.
