Key Responsibilities:
• Warehouse Management: Oversee the organization, storage, and inventory of pesticides, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers and other warehouses.
• Inspection Support: Regularly visit KM9 and KM10 warehouses to inspect and report on delivery status, addressing any issues that may arise.
• IMS Verification: Verify that all scanning in and out activities are accurately recorded in the IMS (Inventory Management System) to ensure data integrity.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and delivery performance.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within the pesticides or agricultural industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, logistics processes, and IMS systems.
• Proficiency in Office Software: Must be able to use office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Language Skills: Good in speaking, writing, and understanding English.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments.
• Willingness to travel regularly to KM9 and KM10 warehouses for inspections.
• Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements in warehouse operations.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with warehouse management software (WMS) and IMS systems.
• Knowledge of pesticides and related products.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
