Requirement : - Male/Female - 25 - 38 years old - Able to speak & write in English - BS/MS degree in marketing or related field - At least three years of experience in a related field. - Proven work experience in digital marketing - Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns - Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and designing digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate - Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments - Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) - Knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) - Experience setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns - Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and limitations
Responsibilities : - Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns - Design, build and maintain our social media presence - Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPI) - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies - Develop optimization strategies that improve the search engine results ranking of company websites - Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content marketing - Write engaging, high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions to improve website search results - Monitor daily performance metrics with SEO tools like Google Analytics to understand SEO strategy performance
