Proficiency in Project Management tools, scheduling software, and other relevant construction management systems. 4. Strong Leadership and Team Management Abilities, including the ability to motivate, guide, and inspire a diverse project team to achieve project goals effectively. 5. Excellent Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills, with the ability to address challenges efficiently and make informed decisions. 6. Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills, enabling the manager to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and team members. 7. Expertise in Using Euro-Formwork, Ring Lock, and Quick Lock Systems, ensuring safe and effective use of scaffolding and formwork technologies. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: 1. Relevant Professional Certification in Construction Management or a related field (e.g., PMP, LEED, etc.). 2. Experience in Managing Large-Scale Construction Projects, particularly complex or high-profile projects. 3. Familiarity with Sustainable Building Practices and green construction methods, in alignment with modern industry standards. 4. Knowledge of Cost Control and Budget Management Techniques to maintain financial control and deliver projects within budget. 5. Expertise in Scaffolding Calculation Reporting using ETABS or similar structural analysis tools to ensure safety and structural integrity.
