* Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize inventory operations for mom&popβs retail partners. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock management, minimizing discrepancies, and improving efficiency in supply tracking.
* Key Responsibilities
Help shops load and organize their inventory
Ensure accurate stock tracking and data entry into our digital platform
Plan and execute daily and weekly Team plans across geographies
Train and support shop owners in best practices for inventory management
Recruit, train, and manage Inventory Management staff
* Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in inventory management, stock keeping, restocking, and SKU management
Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with inventory software
Language: Native Khmer speaker with basic English proficiency
Mindset: Proactive, quick, detail-oriented, problem-solver, and passionate about helping small businesses succeed
Advantageous for candidates with experience working at 7/11, Lucky Supermarket, or AEON Mall.
