ELT Education is looking for Stock Supervisor who can overseeing inventory processes, ensuring accurate stock levels, and implementing effective stock control systems to optimize operations. Assist in organizing the school's inventory, including staff schedules and breaks. Provide on-the-job training and supervise daily activities of stock associates. Maintain an organized stockroom and oversee the replenishment process for educational materials.
Job Duties:
• Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing of school supplies and educational materials.
• Material Availability: Ensure timely distribution and availability of materials to meet the needs of students, teachers, and staff.
• Stockroom Organization: Plan and maintain an organized stockroom, considering turnover, size, and weight of items.
• Training and Supervision: Provide on-the-job training and supervise daily activities of stock associates.
• Record Keeping: Review records for accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Problem Solving: Identify and recommend actions for nonusable, slow-moving, and excess stock.
• Special Inventories: Schedule and conduct special and periodic inventories.
• Employee Support: Advise employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Trace history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock-control records and recommend remedial actions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor degree of Business Administration, preferably in Accounting or Finance or other
• Minimum 2-year experience in similar role;
• Good Organizational and Interpersonal skills;
• Self-managed, self-motivated and highly responsible;
• Result-oriented personality;
• Team working spirit;
• Good command of English;
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Internet and Email.
