Store Supervisor Salary Rank: Negotiate . Key Responsibilities -Supervise Store Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing shop, inventory control, visual merchandising, and ensuring cleanliness of the store. -Staff Management: Lead the team, train, and motivate sales staff, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets. Provide continuous feedback and coaching to foster a positive work environment. -Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a welcoming store environment. -Sale Targets: Lead the team to achieving sales goals and maintaining inventory levels. Help customers with product selection and offer tailored recommendations. -Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels, assist with stockkeeper, and ensure proper handling of goods. Oversee the receiving and storing of all items. -Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store layout, displays, and products are properly organized and aesthetically pleasing to customers. -Store Safety & Compliance: Maintain store safety standards, ensuring that the store is safe and accessible to customers and employees. Ensure adherence to company policies. -Reporting: Manage daily and monthly sales reporting, team performance, and other administrative tasks as needed. -Other tasks as assigned by Management. . Job Requirement -Female / Male -Bachelor's degree in Management, Sale and Marketing or any related field study -At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a retail shop, preferably in furniture or home décor store. -Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills. -Ability to lead a team effectively, manage a high-paced and challenge work environment. -Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities. -Knowledge of furniture products, trends, and market demands is a plus. -Proficient in basic office software (Word, Excel, POS systems, etc.). -Able to communicate in English both verbal speaking and writing -Be honest, confident, fast moving, well self-discipline, reliable, friendly personality. -Positive attitude to work in direction independently and work under pressure. .
