We are a professional tax advisor company with a recognized license from the General Department of Taxation. We are currently looking for qualify candidate to join our path.
>Responsibilities
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
• Review junior accountant’s work
• Provide technical support and advice staff’s work
• Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
• Proper record and fill client MTRs, TOI, and other relevant ministries
• Ensure all clients information properly keep and confidentially
• Advise, build clients trust and relationship
• Assist with tax audits and external audit, if any
• Plan, assign and review staff’s work
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Work and direct report to Accounting & Tax Manager
• Other tasks assign by management
>Requirements and skills
• At least 5 years of experience in related position
• Proven experience as an experienced or senior level in accounting
• In-depth understanding of Accounting Standard and Recording
• Awareness of business trends
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks)
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookup and pivot tables, etc.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
• Relevant certification Tax, CAT is preferable
