Get to know the role: We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing our sales revenue through direct dial sales, managing customer relationships, and understanding customer needs. The day-to-day activities: ● Contacting potential or existing merchants to inform them about Grab's services using prepared scripts. ● Respond to inquiries about Grab's services or the company. ● Asking questions to understand merchants requirements and close sales. ● Handle merchants complaints to maintain the company’s reputation. ● Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. ● Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
