JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
TOUR OPERATOR & TOUR SALES: 1 POST (RANK 500-800$) EXPECTATIONS—DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES • Organizing and preparing tour packages (Japan) • Providing quotations to clients • Working with oversea partners • Providing information of tour package such as tour itineraries, price, date of tour departure to clients • Follow up with clients to close sales • Answering questions from clients about tour package • Collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback
REQUIREMENTS - SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE • Hold bachelor degree in any subject, but ideally in hospitality and tourism. • At least two-year experience in working as an outbound tour operator. • Be able to speak English, and Japanese is advantage. • Extremely skilled with Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills • Good organizational and time management skills.
