Position: Warehouse Accounting: Key responsibilities may include: • Inventory Management: • Recording incoming and outgoing inventory transactions including. 1. Raw materials 2. Packaging (boxes, bottles, covers…) 3. Other stuffs related to warehouse and production line using • Performing physical inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies with system records. • Managing stock adjustments and reporting variances. • Calculating inventory turnover rates. • Day by Day and weekly stock/inventory report process. • Cost Accounting: • Tracking the cost of goods sold (COGS). • Analyzing warehouse operational costs. • Preparing cost reports for management. • Financial Reporting: • Generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements related to warehouse operations. • Preparing budget forecasts and variance analysis for warehouse expenses. • Monitoring key financial metrics like inventory levels and cost efficiency. • • Compliance: • Adhering to accounting standards and regulations regarding inventory management. • Ensuring proper documentation and recordkeeping for warehouse transactions. • • Collaboration: • Working closely with warehouse staff to gather accurate data from day to day and address any discrepancies. • Communicating financial information to relevant stakeholders including operations managers and accounting teams. Required skills: • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, particularly inventory management • Proficiency in accounting software and data analysis tools • Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • English, speaking-writing and listening.
