Job Title: Accounting officer Company Name: Worldbridge International (Cambodia) Ltd Reporting to: Financial Controller Station: Phnom Penh Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 8:00am – 5:30pm & Sat: From 8:00am – 12:00pm KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Handling account payable and receivable for timely processing expenses and collection • To reconcile accounts and resolve the discrepancies balance with customers and suppliers • To manage and monitor cash flow, prepare statements and bank reconciliation • Proper filling for accounting and tax book. • To control and follow up the overdue invoice to customers and vendors • To check and update the weekly A/R Report to supervisor for review. • To prepare the statement of account to the customer every month. • To prepare month-end close of financial report • To maintain the accuracy for accounting and tax record • To prepare sales report and double check with operations and suppliers’ report. • To assist provide the supporting document during audit • To handle E-filling bookkeeper and monthly declaration for tax return JOB REQUIREMENTS: • At least Bachelor’s of Accounting and Finance • 2 Years’ experience of working as account officer • Able to work well with a team • Good acknowledge of accounting standard, tax regulation and legal requirement. Good writing and speaking in English
