The Accounts Receivable Assistant is responsible for managing and maintaining the companyโs receivables, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments, and reconciling accounts. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the Companyโs cash flow and financial stability by efficiently handling collections and addressing payment discrepancies.

- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers in accordance with contractual terms.
- Record and apply customer payments (cash, checks, bank transfers) in the accounting system.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and address overdue balances.
- Process credit memos, adjustments, or refunds as required.

- Communicate with customers regarding payment inquiries, billing issues, or account discrepancies.
- Support the setup of new customer accounts, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
