Scope of works:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s operational and growth objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and legal regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to maintain financial stability.
- Supervise accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivables, payroll, and taxation.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to optimize cost control and profitability.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and regulatory adherence.
- Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with business activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop financial strategies and drive business performance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the port logistics or supply chain finance industry is an advantage.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are preferred.
