We are looking for a passionate and reliable Baker to join our small but dedicated team. As a baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods from scratch, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake fresh pastries, cakes, cookies, and other bakery items daily
• Follow recipes and maintain consistent product quality
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure proper texture and taste
• Manage inventory of ingredients and baking supplies
• Keep workstations and baking equipment clean
• Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal menu items
• Communicate clearly with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements:
• Previous baking experience preferred (professional or home-based)
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Knowledge of basic baking techniques and kitchen safety
• Passionate about baking and delivering high-quality goods
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays if needed
