Position Summary: The Group F&B Manager for Hanuman Group is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations across its diverse portfolio, including Lumiere Cinema Caffe, Montra Nivesha Hotel (encompassing its various F&B outlets), Amok Restaurant, Arun Restaurant, and the Group's Catering services. This pivotal role is tasked with elevating the F&B offerings, enhancing guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational excellence and profitability across all F&B entities. The Group F&B Manager will be instrumental in positioning Lumiere Cinema Caffe as a culinary destination in Phnom Penh and injecting innovative concepts into Amok, Arun, and the catering services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic F&B Leadership & Vision: * Develop and implement comprehensive F&B strategies aligned with Hanuman Group's overall business objectives and brand vision for each outlet. * Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. * Lead efforts to position Lumiere Cinema Caffe as a prominent and desirable F&B venue in Phnom Penh, enhancing its menu, service, and overall appeal. * Introduce fresh and innovative culinary concepts, menu items, and service standards for Amok Restaurant, Arun Restaurant, and the Group's Catering services. 2. Operational Management & Excellence: * Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery and high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency. * Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and service standards across all F&B departments. * Conduct regular inspections of all F&B areas to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as brand standards. * Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure optimal procurement of ingredients and supplies. 3. Financial Performance & Profitability: * Develop and manage F&B budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for all outlets. * Monitor and analyze F&B costs, including food, beverage, and labor, implementing strategies to optimize profitability without compromising quality. * Drive revenue generation through effective pricing strategies, promotional activities, and menu engineering. * Prepare comprehensive financial reports and present performance analysis to senior management. 4. Menu Development & Quality Control: * Lead menu development and engineering initiatives, ensuring diverse, appealing, and profitable offerings for each F&B concept. * Work closely with Executive Chefs and culinary teams to ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and taste across all venues. * Implement robust quality control measures for all food and beverage products, from sourcing to service. 5. Team Leadership & Development: * Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing F&B team across all outlets. * Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, professional growth, and exceptional guest service. * Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and implement development programs for F&B staff. * Ensure effective communication and coordination between F&B teams and other departments. 6. Guest Experience & Satisfaction: * Champion a guest-centric approach, ensuring all F&B operations consistently deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences. * Actively solicit and respond to guest feedback, implementing improvements to enhance satisfaction. * Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively, turning challenges into opportunities for service recovery. 7. Compliance & Regulations: * Ensure strict adherence to all local and national food safety, hygiene, and liquor licensing regulations. * Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management, with at least 3-5 years in a multi-outlet or group-level leadership role within the hospitality industry. • Proven track record of driving F&B revenue, managing costs, and enhancing guest satisfaction. • Extensive knowledge of F&B operations, including kitchen management, front-of-house service, inventory control, and procurement. • Strong understanding of culinary trends, menu development, and beverage programs. • Experience in managing F&B operations within a hotel environment and standalone restaurant/cafe concepts is highly desirable. • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency in F&B management software and MS Office Suite. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required. • Fluency in English and Khmer is essential.
