We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize our business operations, with a focus on financial wallet payments and bill payment services. The COO will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a dynamic and rapidly evolving fintech environment.

***Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven track record of at least [Number] years of experience in a senior operational role within a financial services institution, with direct experience managing a team of 10-20 staff.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Cambodian financial services landscape, particularly in the areas of mobile payments, bill payments, and digital financial services.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Khmer and formal English or Thai.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Compliance: Solid understanding of regulatory requirements governing financial institutions in Cambodia.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
****Benefits
Workdays: Monday to Friday.
Working hours: 8 hours/day with a 1-hour break.(12 to 13:00)
Probation period: 3 months,Depend on interview.
UDC Contract: After passed probation.
Social security benefits(NSSF).
Seniority payment: 15day a year.
Free lunch.
Public holidays and annual leave as per Cambodian labor law.
