Deputy Facility Manager

Job Descriptions:
Facility Engineering - Organizes and supervises all 3rd party Contractors and/or Engineers required for the general upkeep and maintenance of building, roads, drainage systems, lighting, fire alarms, ventilation, Air-conditioning, sewage systems, etc. - Works with the Maintenance Manager to set-up and continuously improve a maintenance system covering the property buildings and other infrastructure. - In conjunction with the management team, plans and develops facility policies & procedures and ensures that they are carried out and administered fairly and consistently; - Takes proper care on the company properties and equipment by carrying out scheduled maintenance and quality inspection to minimize technical malfunction and maximize its useful life; - Ensures compliance to construction law, safety and property management practices.
Maintenance - Oversees and plans and administers effectively and efficiently the maintenance services function of the property including air-conditioning, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and masonry to deliver the efficient maintenance services to customers and ensures the services provided are met to the customer's needs; - Plans, implements and completes the maintenance programs for the property to ensure facilities and MEP system in well operation condition.
Housekeeping - Oversees, plans and administers the housekeeping services function of the property including general cleaning, landscape gardening, and pest controlling; - Schedules routine inspections of all housekeeping areas; Inspects guest/public areas on a regular basis to ensure all tasks are completed on time, on cost-effective manner and at the desired standard; - Makes recommendations the upkeep of furnishings, facilities and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good repair.
Public Safety/Security - Oversees, plans, and administers the public safety/security services function of the property effectively and efficiently to safeguard the traffic within the property, the safety and security for guests, staff and tenants, and the Company properties; - Plans, organizes and directs public safety/security team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction; conducts regular inspection and supervision to staff work behavior; - Plans, develops and make recommendation the short and long-term strategic plans of the public safety/security programs, and take corrective actions during implementation to ensure smooth operations; - Observes and identify hazardous situation that may cause injury to employees, guests and tenants and makes recommendation to take practical and timely action to protect them from the issues.
Job Specifications: - Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or Civil Engineering; - Minimum 7 years' experience in related field; preferable in administration or civil engineering; - Good communication skills: clearly explaining property/facility management issues to clients and actively listening to their concerns; - Problem-solving abilities: effectively identifying and resolving property/facility related issues promptly; - Strong organizational skills: managing multiple client accounts and deadlines efficiently; - Knowledge of construction law, safety and property/facility management practices; - Management and leadership skill; - English Proficiency; Chinese is plus; - Result-orientated; self-starter and high energy; a strong team player; dependable and organized; - Customer service focus: prioritizing client satisfaction and building positive relationships. - Excellent interpersonal and ability to deal with multiple tasks effectively; - Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
