Salary range: Negotiation depend on experienced Job Type: Full Time. (Mon- Sat morning) Seniority level: Experienced 3-5 years Job Location: Phnom Penh Closing Date: 28 Feb 2025 Key Responsibilities: +Quality Control: • Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming material from vendors and outgoing products for shipping. • Reject all products and material that fail to meet quality expectation. • Read blueprints, Plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services. • Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications. • Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control. • Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed report and performance records. • Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence. • Supervise the production process. +Cost Estimation: • Work in conjunction with all department heads to ensure maximum profitability • Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections • Assess all incoming products, resources, and services to ensure the best price • Maintain vendor and service provider relationships • Remain acutely aware of market trends that could impact resource costs • Keep up to date on new vendors and possible cost-cutting partnerships • Analyze invoice to ensure correct products/services were received at the expected cost • Collaborate with department heads to strategize ways to minimize waste • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the interdependency of cost divers • Understand the entire arc of the business and how productivity impacts profitability • Commit to maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising quality • Develop and implement proactive solution and cost-cutting measures • Present new strategies and assessments to stakeholder in a compelling fashion • Educate and persuade stakeholder to procure buy-in and cooperation • Roll out clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals Requirements: • Bachelor in Architect or related field • Have experience of working around 3-5year as cost estimation • Have knowledge of construction material • Good communication skill with ability to interact with engineer, client and contractor • Be able to speak and write English language • Experience working within an engineer company • Experience working with foreigner.
