Position: Receptionist ( Night Shift ) urgent ! Salary $ 300 up
*Responsibilities:
-Check-in and check-out of guests
-Inform guests of our apartment facilities
-Maintain guest accounts and processing of guest transactions during their stay
-Deal with any special needs or requests
-Cleaning Schedule for the Housekeeping Department
-Maintain a safe, clean, and presentable reception area at all times
-Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
-Ensure wakeup call requests are recorded and executed
-Ensure all daily room and outstanding charges are posted
-any more duties assigned by management
* Requirements
- Start from 10 :00pm to 7:00 am
-Hospitality Management Qualification
-Minimum 1-2 years in a night auditor/similar role
-Good communication English skills
-Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
