KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Sinh Hak Hout Team Member always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team members. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
o Arrange daily collection plan by location of all debtors
o Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts per report from department
o Suggest planning course of action to recover outstanding payments if any
o Locating and contacting debtors to inquire of their payment status
o Handle questions or complaints
o Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues
o Update account status and database regularly through report
o Alert supervisor of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary
o To delivery any documents to related department to stakeholders.
o Other tasks as requested by Management
• Key Attributes:
o High school or Bachelor is preferred
o At least 1 years of working experience
o Ability to travel to any client location
o Computer skill in MS. Office, Internet and Email is an advantage
o Good Speaking and Listening English
o Proven experience as debt collector
o Excellent communication and people skills
o Apt in negotiating and persuading
• Key Attributes:
