Marketing Supervisor
Job Description * Digital Marketing: - Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including Social Media, Content Marketing and customer Engagement Plan. - Collaborate with Sales team in Customer Engagement Plan and Promotion. * Generate Schedule and Jobs Responsibilities: - Create a Monthly Marketing Schedule for the Design Team in advance to set in motion according to the room available. * Market Research: - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitors to develop analysis and brand comparison. Direct or re-direct campaigns strategies accordingly. * Out Source and Advertising: - Communicate and Partner with media or agencies if necessary in order to push brand awareness, reputation and public appearance with positive outcomes. * Content Management: - Manage and Develop creative contents, Track their performance and analyze the result to ensure future success. * Collaboration: - Work closely with sales and customer service to ensure marketing effort support by monitoring reports of customers online and offline in order to optimize best customer experience. Job Requirement - Bachelor degree in a related field. - At least 2 years work experience. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently and independently. - Good communication, relationship and leadership skill. - Able to speak and writing English. - Cambodian / Local Staff Only.
