- Report to Chief Accountant / Senior Accountant - Handle guaranteed rental return (GRR) - Processing and monitoring payment of GRR owners - Sending notification and Reply email to GRR Owners - Daily tracking and Update owner information into master file - Liaise with bank and owners of GRR matter - Handling Cash/Transfer Collections - Make sure all invoice and receipts are issued appropriately and correctly - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly collection report for Account Receivable part - Reconciliation and monitor Account Receivable Aging - Tracking and update tenant deposit Report - Prepare monthly financial report for business entity - Perform bank reconciliations/ Month end adjustment - Daily bookkeeping/posting into finance system - Involve on audit processing process - Perform other related duties as assigned CFO/FC/CA/SA
