* Job Description -Checking incoming and outgoing payments for accuracy -Compiling reports on sales, expenditure, marketing and other accounting activity for senior management -Managing incoming post and ensuring that queries are allocated to the correct department -Dealing with incoming invoices -Reconciling accounting data to ensure accuracy -Creating and maintaining spreadsheets -Using accounting software * Qualifications and Experiences -Bachelor’s Degree of Finance and Accounting or related fields -2 Year experiences with accounting -Ability to do budget plan and cash management plan -Fluent of English; Chinese is a plus -Work independence and self-management -Excellent teamwork and team building skills -Strong desire to learn and commit to his/her further development -Ability to work under pressure and be flexible * Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Requirements: -High levels of personal integrity. -Conscientious and able to focus on completing work to a consistently high standard. -Flexible and positive approach to work. -Excellent organizational and time-management skills; high attention to detail. -Ability to work to tight deadlines and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines are achieved. -Adaptable to working in a fast paced ever changing environment. -Ability to work under pressure and remain calm. -Self-motivated and enthusiastic. -Continually strive for improvement.
