- Check all sales invoice in QuickBooks.
- Follow up and control all credit invoice.
- Prepare AR summary for customers and call to follow up payment.
- Handle any issue related with customer payment.
- Prepare payment report and post into QuickBooks.
- Control daily expense and petty cash
- Prepare payment voucher and post into QuickBooks
- Other task assigned by manager.
- Job Requirement
- Male or female, age from 22-28 years old.
- University student or graduated bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- 1 year experience in accounting work (No experience candidates are also welcomed)
- Computer literacy in Ms. Excel and QuickBooks.
- Good at planning, interpersonal skills, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in numeracy and well prepare.
- Be friendly, hard-working, flexible, honest and willing to work as a team.
- Be able to work under pressure with high responsibility.
- Job Benefit
- Salaries: $200 up (Negotiable base on experience)
- Working day: Monday-Saturday, Working hour: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Offer lunch
- Location: No. 294C&D, St. Oknha Tep Phan (182), Tuek La’ak III, Toul Kork, Phnom Penh.
