2. Job Description

• Receive and check payment records related to import, purchase of fixed assets, raw materials, tools and equipment
• Receive and update documents on fixed assets, check and confirm fixed assets upon entry
• Collect construction in progress cost (CIP), fixed asset repaired cost,
• Update increases and decreases in fixed assets, make a list of increases and decreases in fixed assets each month and year
• Determine fixed asset depreciation time (according to state regulations), calculate fixed asset depreciation
• Prepare fixed asset liquidation records, hand over minutes
• Monitor the Transfer fixed assets, tool & equipment between areas, issue invoice asset transferred
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, yearly asset count, tools & equipment count, inventory stock count, make reports
Monitoring, checking and allocating prepaid expense
• Accounting records related to assets, tools and equipment, prepaid expenses
• Propose and develop policies and procedures for managing fixed assets, tool& equipment, and materials to control and prevent risks
• Other tasks assigned by manager
3. Job Requirements
• Proficient in English and Khmer communication.
• Graduated from University majoring in accounting.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• Strong track record.
• Have 02 years of experience in asset accountant position
• Honest, hard-working, willing to learn.
• Able to work independently.
