***Key Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring alignment with business goals. -Onboard, train, and support new and existing channel partners in understanding and promoting our data center solutions. -Supervise a team of channel sales representatives, setting individual and team sales targets and ensuring they are met or exceeded. -Monitor channel partner performance and sales pipeline, providing support and guidance to drive revenue growth. -Identify and explore new business opportunities through channel partners. -Collaborate with the Sales Manager and marketing teams to design and implement channel sales strategies. -Track and analyze sales performance, and manage sales budgets for the channel sales team. -Ensure the channel sales team is well-trained on product offerings, sales techniques, and customer engagement. -Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing feedback, coaching, and career development support. -Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs within the data center sector. -Work closely with the customer service team to ensure that partner and customer satisfaction levels remain high. ***Qualifications: -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or IT are a plus. -Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, channel sales management or related roles within the technology industry are a plus -Knowledge of ITC, or data center services and products (e.g., colocation, cloud solutions, IT infrastructure). -Excellent negotiation, problem-solving abilities and bility to analyze sales data and market trends to drive decisions. -Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. -Results-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
