1. Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat to Chinese-speaking clients.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.

2. Requirements:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
3. Preferred Qualifications:
