1. Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat to Chinese-speaking clients.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Assist in translating and interpreting between Chinese and English as needed.
2. Requirements:
• Good in Chinese (both written and spoken) is required.
• Be able to use computer (Ms Office, Internet, Email….).
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
3. Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
