WE'RE HIRING T-O GROUP is looking for qualified candidates For Customer Service! JOB DESCRIPTION: • Listen to customers concerns, issues and questions. • Provide outstanding customer service. • Organize and track documentation. • Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customer complaints. • Generate reports and prepare as required by upper management. • Track and follow up all customer requests promptly. • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. • Dispatches and communicates with drivers to ensure prompt, courteous service. • Handle calls from difficult customers in a professional manner. • File documents in customer electronic files. • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments. JOB REQUIREMENT: • Bachelor's degree or studying at university. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Solid customer service background, a positive attitude. • Strong communication skills (especially verbal). • Good interpersonal and teamwork skill. • Be able to work as a team, high responsibility and a good attitude. • Good listening and problem-solving skills. • Hardworking and strong commitment. • Experience with technology product and service. • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel. • Strong understanding and working knowledge. • Honesty, reliable, self-motivated and flexible. Key success factors • High self-discipline, honesty and hard work. • Skill to deal with difficult of demanding clients. • Good attitude, great phone etiquette, good written and verbal communication skills. • Self-motivate with initiative.
