Job Description Sales Executive: Search for and develop new customers, build long-term relationships with clients. Advise and introduce the companyβs products/services to customers directly or through various communication channels. Plan and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets. Support customers during the purchasing process and resolve post-sale issues. Telesales Staff: Make phone calls to consult and introduce products/services to potential customers from the provided list. Address customer inquiries, provide information, and offer support over the phone. Follow up and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales growth. Report daily tasks and customer updates to the manager. 2. Job Requirements Male/Female, aged [appropriate age range, e.g., 20 - 35 years old]. Graduated from college or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Experience in Sales/Telesales is an advantage but not mandatory (training will be provided). Strong communication skills, clear and pleasant voice, no stuttering/lisping (for Telesales). Persuasive skills, teamwork ability, and willingness to work under sales pressure.
