Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Coordination:
● Plan and organize music events, concerts, and promotional tours.
● Coordinate with artists, management teams, and vendors to finalize event details.
● Oversee event schedules, logistics, and on-site execution.
Artist & Influencer Management:
● Work closely with artists to ensure smooth event participation.
● Manage artist schedules, accommodations, and transportation.
● Support influencer collaborations for brand activations and promotional campaigns.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, influencers, and industry stakeholders. On-Site
Support & Logistics:
● Secure venues, permits, and necessary approvals for events.
● Oversee stage production, sound, lighting, and other technical requirements.
● Ensure branding, sponsorship activations, and event experiences are executed effectively.
Marketing & Audience Engagement:
● Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for events.
● Coordinate ticketing, guest lists, and VIP experiences.
● Engage with sponsors, partners, and media to maximize event exposure.
Post-Event Follow-Up:
● Gather feedback and analyze event success for future improvements.
● Maintain relationships with vendors, artists, and influencers for future collaborations.
● Assist with financial tracking and event reporting.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Event Management, or a related field.
● Experience in event coordination, artist management, or influencer partnerships is a plus.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
● Ability to manage artists and support influencer collaborations effectively.
● Interest in the entertainment and music industry.
● Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and travel when needed.
