- Work closely with line manager on headcount planning, a clear view to forecast future hiring needs and organizational goals
- Recruitment, Selection and Probationary Period Process; to support with following the policy and procedures based on Cambodian Labor Law, and company’s internal rule
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Work with management to develop and lead the talent identification, talent development and succession management process
- Coordinate training for all teams
- Keep track on labor policies, including new policies, changes, and updates from MOL
- Prepared staff contract, manage staff profile, process open staff bank account
- Coordinate staff for get NSSF Card, Pay NSSF and Summit to Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training
- New staff orientation, manage the on boarding process to ensure every new employee has proper introduction to process, corporate culture, corporate business
- Collect the information from the attendance system, follow up related parties, and doing attendance reports
- Payroll preparation
- Plan and lead the company celebration
- Other task as assign by manager
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in any field related to business
- Average 1-2 years experience in Human Resource - Recruitment and Selection, Training/Learning and Development with compliance practice
- Good English (Read, Write and Speak)
- Has knowledge of Labor law, taxation law, and understand about HR functions
- Decision Making Skill
- Problem Solving Skill
- Computer literate advance Ms. Word, Excel and power point is a must
