Job Description
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and offer processing.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
2. Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Help enforce company policies and procedures.
3. Training and Development:
- Assist in identifying training needs and developing training programs.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions.
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Support employee development initiatives.
4. Performance Management:
- Assist in the performance appraisal process.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management.
- Maintain performance records.
5. HR Administration and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee benefits administration.
6. Admin/HR Committee Contribution:
- Actively participate in Admin/HR Committee meetings and initiatives.
- Provide HR expertise and input on committee projects.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR-related committee goals.
- Contribute to the development of employee engagement strategies.
- Help research and implement best practices relating to HR.
- Communicate HR committee decisions and initiatives to the workforce.
Skill and Competencies
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Have a certain sense of leadership and owner-ship.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work under pressure
Language and Education
- Good communication and writing in English
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Job Requirement
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Responsibility for follow-up on actions based on various team projects
