1.Job Responsibilities:

_Responsible for bookkeeping transaction
_Maintains the monthly analysis of all general ledger account relating to sales, accounts receivable, account payable, commission, and sale related taxes.
_Update receivable by coordinating and monitoring daily cash receipt, cash sale, customer deposit, and bank remittance transaction
_ Reconciliation between aging account receivable, collection report and treasury’s report on cash collection.
_To ensure the accuracy speed and efficiency of processing account payable and
_To ensure that inventory is reconciled and under controlled
_To ensure that cash and bank reconciliation must be accuracy at the cute of date
_To ensure the transaction are proper record timely by monthly

2. Required Skills:

_Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field
_At least 1-year experience in accounting, account relievable
_Knowledge of local accounting, auditing, & taxation standards
_Understanding of English language, & computer literacy (Ms. Office)
_Excellent morality, professionalism, Very good in interpersonal relationship
_High patient and strong commitment
_ Curiosity, result-oriented, and team player
