Role and Responsibility
-Handling customer complaints and enquiries
-Must be understand about True Money products and services
-Must be keep in touch with relevant department to solve agent/customer’s issue appropriately
-Providing good quality service delivery to agent/customer
-Be friendly and helpful to meet the customer’s satisfaction
-Log report accurately
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Able to understand customer requirement & proposed solution.
-Keeping customers informed about services and promotions
-Provide accurate information about True Money products and services
-Handle customer complaints or refer them to appropriate area for action
-Following up to close the agent/customer’s issue effectively
-Take care in existing customer expansion
-Be able to satisfy customers and solve complaint with customer
*working shift
*from Mon-Sunday ( 2 days day offs rotated)
*Big Holidays (rotated schedule with other team call center ) but provide OT
shift working : 11am-7pm
