Duties and Responsibilities:
 Mentoring and coaching supervisors & all line staff
 Support CS team to develop SOP for all functions in the department
 Handling client complaints and ensuring the satisfaction of solution
 Handling authority audit and communicating to client efficiently
 Respond to customer service issues on a timely manner
 Review and support Customer Service Executive on contracts and signings
 Supervise the Customer Service team to ensure the delivery of highest standards of
customer service and make sure that all company policies are followed
 Manage and control the client master list report
 Prepare any notice for legal purpose/records
 Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of
improvement
 Work with HOD of another department to handle any difficult work order
 Other tasks assign by the direct supervisor.
