MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement marketing activities trade/ consumer promotions execution & field activation works which include events, sampling, road show, etc.
Analyze the market to work out annual sales forecast and monthly marketing activities plan in assigned zones together with Trade & Marketing Manager
Market work on visibility program, Plan O Gram, targeted categories/SKUs are available at the right channel
Solve problems, complaints, or inquiries from customers during the fieldwork
Other Tasks will be assigned by trade & marketing manager
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration or related faculty
1-2 years experience in the same position, preferably in sales of FMCG companies
Hard working, dynamic, flexible and team-work
Good communication/ negotiation skills.
Can communicate in English and Khmer language.
Able to us Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email,

Responsibilities: • Manage and respond to customer interactions on Facebook, Instagram, TripAdvisor, and Google My Business. • Create, plan, and execute social media campaigns and content. • Organise and promote events and set up online campaigns targeting specific audiences. • Engage with food reviewers, influencers, and TikTokers and handle negotiations. • Perform some administrative tasks if needed. • Stay updated with market trends and incorporate them into marketing strategies. • Use graphic design tools (Photoshop, Adobe, Canva) to create appealing visuals and content. Requirements: • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English. • Previous experience in food marketing or managing social media for restaurants. • Creative and innovative, with a keen eye for detail. • Good in using graphic design tools. • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexible working hours. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in reaching out to and collaborating with influencers and food reviewers. • Knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies. • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
COUNTRY MANAGER - THAI Salary: 1000 - 1200 USD / Per Month Work schedule: Monday to Friday (9 am - 6 pm) Upon passing 3 mos. confirmation: 21 annual leave; 14 medical leave Responsibilities *Oversee company marketing and sales in the country. *Create, plan, and execute strategies for marketing promotion, including online website promotions and offline promotional events. *Develop sales strategies and ensure effective implementation. *Plan, execute, and manage the business's SEO strategy. *Track team performance under set targets. *Prepare and manage a monthly budget for the departments. *Set, monitor, and report on team goals. *Coordinate/liaise with internal departments for smoother promotional execution.
