The General Manager is responsible for leading the company's overall activities, managing resources, and formulating strategic goals. This role involves overseeing all operational aspects of the company, excluding Supply Chain, and managing day-to-day employee operations. Key responsibilities include developing an annual budget, heading the management team, and ensuring the implementation of programs to achieve long-term strategic objectives and enhance shareholder value.

𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗗𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
𝟭. 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽:
- Visionary Direction: Develop and articulate the company's visionary roadmap, outlining market positioning, growth targets, and innovation areas.
- Comprehensive Strategy: Formulate and execute long-term and short-term strategies for sustainable growth, profitability, and industry recognition, covering market expansion, product development, and competitive positioning.
- Decision-Making Authority: Make high-impact strategic decisions, including market entry, mergers and acquisitions, and product diversification.

𝟮. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:
- Budgeting Proficiency: Develop and manage the annual budget, oversee financial performance, and provide regular reports to the Board of Directors. Ensure effective forecasting, expense management, and resource allocation.
- Profit Maximization: Implement cost-effective measures to maximize revenue and profitability, including cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and efficient resource allocation.
- Risk Management: Establish robust financial controls and risk management practices to protect the company's financial integrity.

𝟯. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵:
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence, increase market share, and boost revenue. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
- Innovative Ventures: Identify and explore new business opportunities aligned with the brand's core values. Assess market trends, customer demands, and potential partnerships.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, customers, and distribution partners. Represent the company in negotiations, partnerships, and industry events.

𝟰. 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽:
- High-Competence Team: Recruit, develop, and lead a team of experienced managers and staff. Provide mentorship, guidance, and motivation.
- Collaborative Culture: Foster a culture of teamwork, positivity, and accountability. Provide clear directions, set expectations, and nurture a collaborative work environment.
- Performance Management: Establish performance metrics and regularly evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with company goals.

𝟱. 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲:
- Strict Adherence: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance framework.
- Regulatory Update: Stay informed of industry best practices and regulatory updates. Monitor changes, ensure adherence, and participate in audits.
- Ethical Standards: Promote and enforce ethical standards across the organisation, ensuring all activities meet legal and ethical guidelines.

𝟲. 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to monitor the company's performance. Regularly review and analyze these metrics to ensure the company is on track to meet its goals.
- Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports on the company's performance to the Board of Directors and other key stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall company performance.

𝟳. 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲
