We are a growing hospitality and tourism enterprise in Cambodia and are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and communications, an interest in travel, and some experience in a similar role.

*Responsibilities*
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement comprehensive communication plans.
- Create engaging content for various channels, including social medias, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, events, and public relations activities.
- Monitor and analyze online presence, and respond promptly to specific customer inquiries.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Organize and manage events and activities to enhance guests experiences.

*Requirements*
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms, as well as Canva, CapCut (or other video editor), curiosity about AI...
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow.
