KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Day to day management of operation on site, ensuring that the project is brought to a successful completion.
2. Verify contractor/sub-contractor completed works are in line with contract requirements.
3. Follow up with MEP engineer of contractor and/or sub-contractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design/specification/or planning.
4. Regular monitoring and liaison with the contractors as required.
5. Ensure safe and healthy standards upheld by all contractors and sub-contractors on site.
6. Interact with site manager for clarification in architectural, conducting regular job site inspections, assist in the quality and safety audit.
7. Identify and highlight possible risk on project.
8. Prepare technical site visit and progress update reports.
9. Attending regular meetings ( on work progress, coordination, design, etc. ) with Main Contractor and Consultant to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviors, and Related Experiences.)
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Eletrical, Energy or Contruction Engineering.
2. Project Management certification or ability to obtain within one year of being hired.
3. Energy Professtional certification – certified energy manager preferred.
4. At least 5years’ of experience in MEP Construction engineering position.
5. Good English & Khmer communication skills
6. Able to multi task
7. Knowledge of design concept, construction management, materials and procedures.
8. Involved in at least 3 mixed use projects
