Job Description
Senior Officer, Digital Marketing aims to serve in all phases of digital marketing for Hattha Bank including website, google add, social media channels, and other VDO and motion design.

Location
Head Office - Phnom Penh

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage to develop social media content (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok)
Work with cross functional team to develop calendar for social media.
Manage to develop and enhance new look and feel of Hattha Bank website.
Manage to update and refresh of web content regularly.
Prepare monthly report of digital performance lead, impressment, engagement, etc. as well as comparing with competitors.
Initiate the digital marketing campaign, implement, monitor and report it properly.
Ability to design digital artwork/motion graphic for posting on social media.
Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor or management.

Skills Specifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English or other related fields.
At least 2-years experience in digital marketing, creative design… .
Creative concept and understand social media trends in Cambodia, and copywriting skill.
Good knowledge in creative and design software and skill.
Good communication and negotiation.
Be honest, friendly, active, creative and flexible.
