I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the logistics and transportation workforce.
• Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including content, materials, and delivery methods, to address identified needs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training programs align with industry standards and organizational goals.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and presentations to employees at various levels, utilizing engaging and interactive training techniques.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback to measure knowledge retention and skill application.
• Continuously update and improve training materials, incorporating industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.
• Coordinate and manage external training vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs that meet company requirements.
• Develop and maintain a training calendar, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of training initiatives.
• Monitor and track employee performance and development progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify performance improvement opportunities and develop relevant performance development plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in logistic and transportation training and performance development practices.
II. REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs in the logistic and transportation industry.
• Strong knowledge of logistic and transportation operations, regulations, and best practices.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and various training methodologies.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset and ability to assess training needs and evaluate training program effectiveness.
• Proficient in using training software, learning management systems, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
