JD:
1. Excellent Organizational Skills:
• Ability to efficiently manage and organize schedules, ensuring timely bookings and meetings.
2. Proficient in Excel:
• Strong understanding of Excel for tasks like data entry, basic formulas, and generating reports.
• Experience in organizing and analyzing data using Excel (e.g., pivot tables, charts, etc.)
3. Attention to Detail:
• Able to handle tasks with accuracy, ensuring no errors in schedules, bookings, or data-related work.
4. Strong Communication Skills:
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, when coordinating bookings or clarifying work instructions.
5. Time Management:
• Capable of handling multiple tasks at once and prioritizing work to meet deadlines without supervision.
6. Problem-Solving Skills:
• Ability to resolve any scheduling conflicts or Excel-related challenges independently.
7. Confidentiality:
• Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of sensitive information, whether related to schedules or data handling.
8. Flexibility:
• Willing to adapt to changing tasks or priorities as needed.
