JOB PURPOSE:
_ Responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and completing the project.
_ Connect between customers, project team members and stakeholders to ensure the project is completed on schedule, within budget and meets requirements.
_ Assess risks and resolve any issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle, making difficult decisions involving complex and competing priorities in an effort to achieve the desired project outcomes judgment.
_ Deploy items related to the operating system
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Make a plan
- Meet with stakeholders to discuss project goals and scope
- Organize working sessions to collect information and feedback from stakeholders
- Analyze project requirements
- Determine the activities that need to be performed to meet project requirements
- Determine necessary resources and budget for the project
- Assign responsibilities to project team members
- Present the project plan to stakeholders
- Manage resources, communicate with stakeholders
- Based on the project plan, determine the need for personnel, materials, finance, etc. to implement the project
- Track and monitor resource usage to ensure projects are implemented on schedule and on budget
- Provide measures to prevent and handle risks related to resources to ensure the project is carried out smoothly
- Based on the needs of stakeholders, develop appropriate communication means to ensure information is conveyed clearly and completely
- Monitor project progress carefully to ensure on-time completion
- Monitor and control project budgets, optimize costs and detect early signs of fraud or asset abuse for timely remedial measures.
- Identify possible risks to the project. Risks can come from many different factors, including: Internal factors: Enterprise, project team, process, technology,... External factors: Economic, political, social, natural,...
Requirement:
- Professional knowledge: Must have knowledge of programming, design, software development, multi-field, multi-domain...
- Project management knowledge: Knowledge of project management principles, processes and techniques. Know how to plan, analyze risks, manage progress, costs and project quality.
- Knowledge of people management: Have communication, leadership and human resource management skills. Know how to build and manage teams, resolve conflicts and motivate employees to accomplish goals.
- Business knowledge: Understand business to be able to connect projects with strategic goals of the business, know how to budget, manage costs and optimize project efficiency.
Experience
- Graduated from University or higher.
- >3 years of experience in a Project manager role or similar position

- Able to withstand work pressure, complete assigned plans.
SKILL
- Have good speaking, writing and communication skills to present your ideas to stakeholders as well as the production team

Main Job Responsibility - Respond all technical questions to customers related to Liberty Carz App. - Support sales team to follow up with customers' inquiries - Produce report to line supervisor Requirement: - 2-year experience in Customer Service - Experience in Automotive is a plus - Speaking Chinese is a plus
- Finding new potential clients to buy cars or use car service within Liberty Carz App. - Sourcing new potential merchants to buy subscription package from Liberty Carz. - Keep promoting our current non-subscription merchants to buy our service packages. - Discussing products with customers and explaining technical concepts simply - Writing reports and proposals for vendors or clients related to technical products - Building relationships with clients and encouraging long-term buyers - Connecting with customers after a sales pitch to answer questions or provide advice - Tracking sales and sharing sales information with a manager or team lead - Post and promote our Liberty Carz App. daily.
