Responsibility:
- Recruitment: release the recruitment announcement and find the suitable channel to post and select the CV of candidates from Company opening position needed.
- Staff behavior monitoring: review the staff reports, and record the behavior of the staff. And shall always report to the management team if there is any irregular situation.
- Process the required document for the company and staff with the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training.
- Check every announcement from the ministry of Labor and Vocational Training.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Not limited to above and included other HR related work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of HR and related field, at least 1 years’ experience in Recruitment.
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good command of English (speaking and writing) in addition to Khmer.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an organized and systematic manner.
- Protect company confidentiality and personal data, salary and other information.
