Job Description Keep Booking: • Prepare and ensure all income and expenses, including PV, RV, JV, SJV, and APV are correctly calculated, and recorded on time with proper supporting documents and approval. • Prepare period and journal entries for payments, accruals, depreciation, etc. • Analyze, record, and post-transaction in Quick Book accounting system • Timely update and reconcile tenant deposit and prepaid income with a proper checklist • Verify Payroll from the HR department and ensure the completeness and accuracy before approval and making a payment transfer. • Collecting monthly bank statements and bank advice slip Reporting: • Track the payment schedules and monitor outstanding balance vendors • Update daily monthly and cash book report • Assist the Finance Manager in preparing financial statements and reporting, including BS, PL, cash flow forecast, analytical review, and commentary on variances • Stock and inventory report: monthly inventory purchase, inventory movement report, wastage control, and reconciliation to physic inventory holder. Fixed Assets: • Manage of Fixed Asset records and reconciliation • Fixed Asset Management and performed physical counting, reconciliation, and result reporting Regulatory and Compliance • Ensure company policy and procedure is consistently applied and guides other staff to ensure effective implementation • Assist Finance Manager with preparing and filing monthly and annual tax returns. Proactively gain tax knowledge to keep company risk at a minimum. • Assist Finance Manager with arranging and coordinating the smooth process of statutory, tax, and internal policy. • Liaison with external auditor. Financial Performance and Planning • Bank reconciliation. • Supervise Accounting Assistants for their proper work • Handle other work as required by the Manager. Job Requirements - Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting or Finance - 2 +years accounting experience in Hotel or Restaurant Industrial - Highly detailed oriented and organized in work - Ability to meet assigned deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives - Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.
