Responsibility Human Resource ● Ensure that the employees are getting the things that they need according to the company policies and market level. ● Makes sure that the employer has a good employee that works hard and producing good quality work ● Takes the lead in the personnel administration section keeping track of all the employees ● In charge of salary scale, raising, compensation and benefits. ● The Human Resource Supervisor often does performance appraisal ● Prepare Payroll ● Prepare, organize and participate to weekly and monthly meeting Recruitment ● Conduct Job announcement ● Manage on Job Description ● Welcome, Introduction and orientation for new staffs Policy & Regulation development: ● Prepare and communicate to the appropriate level, all documents for policy, regulation and process. ● In relation with Top Management, you developed or modified internals regulations, policies and process ● Manage on HR Planning Administration ● Manage working environment, including security and safety ● Manage on Company Asset Requirement ● Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or in related fields is preferred. ● At least 3 years working experience in Human Resource. ● Knowledgeable in Cambodian labor law. ● Proficiency with commonly used Ms. Office, power point, MS Word and excel. ● Initiatives to propose any benefit program which can motivate employees. ● Sound understanding of pay structure and benefit trend in the market. ● Strong analytical and decision-making skills ● Natural interpersonal and communication skills ● Good at communication skills ● Positive, high commitment, detail oriented, dynamic, able to work under high pressure with a specific timeline. ● English can be communication ● Willing to work under pressure ● Prefer Female only not more then 30 years.
