** Responsibilities: - Compliance with Labor Laws & Regulations: ensure our company complies with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards (LACMS & FWCMS). Manage issues related to workplace safety and policies - NSSF monthly payment and Seniority calculation - Manage the progress and documentation for new comer. Keep records of agreements, contracts and job offer - Leave & Attendance report: record employee attendance, leave, and absenteeism for payroll. Process employee compensation and deductions - Recruitment & Talent Management: responsible for attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent. Ensure our company has the right people in the right roles. Oversee employee development programs - Employee Performance Management: manage the performance management systems, including performance reviews, feedback processes, and goal setting. Mediate conflicts - Employee Engagement and Culture: Fostering a positive work environment that supports learning, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Foster a culture of trust and transparency - Organizational Change & Development: helps guide the workforce through changes and transitions. Facilitate communication, offer support, and ensure that employees adapt to changes smoothly ** Requirements: o Bachelor’s degree in Human resource management or a related field o Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR o Knowledge of HR Policies, Labor laws, and administrative procedures o Experience in managing employee relation, recruitment and performance management o Proficiency in Microsoft office and HR software (ERP Systems) o Attention to detail, problem-solving and decision-making abilities o Strong interpersonal and communication skills o Excellent prioritizing and time management skills
