- Use a variety of channels (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, etc.) to actively source and attract qualified candidates. - Maintain and build a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings. - Write clear, compelling job descriptions and post job openings on internal and external platforms. - Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Create shortlists of the most suitable candidates for interviews. - Prepare interview questions, assist in interviews, and evaluate candidates based on required skills and qualifications. - Use appropriate assessment tools to evaluate candidates' skills and competencies. - Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process. - Prepare and manage contracts for new hires, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. - Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including document verification, orientation, and training schedules. - Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire. - Work closely with HR managers to understand recruitment needs and team requirements. ________________________________________ Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
