Key Responsibilities:
- Lead site work progress to ensure compliance with
project specifications and timelines
- To observe and highlight any poor quality of work to
subcontractor
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring the
proper use of personal protective equipment
- Conduct regular inspection and assess the work
performance done by all subcontractors
- Attend daily meeting with subcontractors to solve
technical issues and other related site problems
- Report progress and challenges occurs on site to
project manager
